There are countless reasons to attend IEEE WIFS 2015 in Rome, the annual flagship workshop of the IEEE Information Forensics and Security (IFS) Technical Committee. Three stellar keynote talks are just one of them. Monday, November 16, starts off with two half-day tutorial sessions and a Welcome Reception in the evening. Technical sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday explore the latest research on Steganography, Watermarking and Data Hiding, Multimedia Forensics, Biometrics, Robust Hashing, Adversarial Detection, Device Security, Physical Layer Security, and Network Security and Privacy. Also mark your calendars for the social event on Wednesday, November 18, and the thematic meeting on "Multimedia Truthfulness Verification in Legal Environment and Social Media" on Monday afternoon (pre-registration required). Needless to say that Rome itself is always worth a visit.
If you have not registered yet, do so before November 9 to get the regular rates. Tutorials are not included in the workshop registration, but can be purchased extra at a minimal charge of 20EUR only.
