Extended Deadline - 23 April: Call for Nominations for Editors-in-Chief

NOMINATION DEADLINE EXTENDED: 23 April 2021
The IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) invites nominations for the position of Editor-in-Chief for the following journals: IEEE/ACM Transactions on Audio, Speech, and Language Processing, IEEE Transactions on Computational Imaging, and IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security. The Editor-in-Chief appointment is for a 3-year term starting on 1 January 2022. Nominators should take into consideration the need for representation of diversity in the Editor-in-Chief nomination slate, when submitting their nominations.
Nominations should be submitted to Marc Moonen, SPS Vice President-Publications, via Marc.Moonen@esat.kuleuven.be . Nominations must include:
- a brief IEEE-style biography (up to 200 words), including a listing of the candidate’s editorial experience;
- a web address that contains the candidate’s CV (do not send a curriculum vitae with the nomination);
- a brief narrative supporting statement from the nominator(s);
- optionally, a statement of interest of up to 500 words stating the nominee’s vision for the journal.
