As a member of the SpeechOutput team, the candidate will work as a Speech Scientist on prompt creation for Automotive customer projects. Therefore, they need phonetic and computational linguistic skills as background knowledge. These are needed to support, facilitate and validate the results of prompt optimization processes for customer projects. Moreover, such skills are needed to understand the algorithmic and acoustic implications of each specific customization decision.

Furthermore, the candidate will work on optimization of TTS output according to customer requirements. The candidate will contribute to the development of user friendly dialog applications that use Natural Language Generation technology. This development happens in close interaction with the main dialog application designer and people from the user experience team on the one side as well as the Text-To-Speech team on the other side to assure that a natural and high quality user experience is obtained. Next to own contributions to the development part of the tasks will also consist of guiding language experts to execute NLG tasks for their own native language making sure the appropriate quality is reached within defined project efforts and timing.
