Use vTools.Voting for your upcoming unit elections; updated Section Vitality Dashboard

vTools.Voting Just in time for 2016 officer elections, the vTools team has made some improvements to vTools.Voting to reduce confusion and enhance the user experience. Without listing every change, URLs have been corrected, date fields will be validated, more help text has been added, a sample email message has been provided, and the dashboard has been streamlined and sorted. Sections, Chapters, and Affinity groups can expect a 15-50% response rate, which gives you greater insight as to what your members want. Please consider using this very helpful tool to manage your elections. It is completely self service - even the email announcements, but the vTools team is available to help if you need. • A new home page opens directly after sign-in. From here, you can view a table of contents listing all reports available on each tab. Browse through the list then pick the tab you need.
• The Count of Members and Count of Member Totals on the Active Society Membership Count by Section, by Grade report are now clickable. Click on a total to view the contact list of those members.
• Check out the new “Vitality Checklist” tab. This gives Sections a list of actions/activities to carry out during the year to keep on the path of a successful section.
• And for a bit of cleanup, the Advanced Search lin .on the Meeting Activity tab has been corrected.
