OU Analytics - Tip of the Month

Each month, the Chapter Briefs Newsletter will feature an OU Analytics Tip that will be helpful to all who utilize the OU Analytics tool.  This month's Tip features a New Volunteer Role Filter in OU Analytics.

A new "Select OU for your Volunteer Role" filter has been added to OU Analytics dashboards.  This new filter allows volunteers to select the OU based upon the position they hold.  If a volunteer holds two roles, both OUs will be provided in the filter for specific selection.  Volunteers should first select the OU of the data they wish to access before making other filter selections or reviewing content. Once a selection is made, the member view will automatically filter on that criteria and customize the dataset correctly.  The additional filters on each dashboard should continue to be used to refine data accordingly. Please click the link below to view a screenshot of this new feature.
