IEEE-USA Offers Free e-Books to Members in December and January

As a special benefit to IEEE members for the month of December, IEEE-USA E-Books will offer the fourth book of IEEE-USA’s "Shaping an Engineering Career" e-book series. Author Dr. Joseph R. Bumblis, an IEEE Senior Member and retired associate professor of computer engineering, guides members on developing career paths in electrical and computer engineering.
