Society officers can access the L31 reporting and search features throughout the year to monitor their chapters’ meeting activities. Using your IEEE account, you can access this information at any time: https://meetings.vtools.ieee.org/meeting_report/list. Click on the link for “Search L31 Meeting Reports (across system).” From there you can select from several different filter options, such as by Society Name, Region, Chapter name, date, etc. Once the desired criteria have been selected and submitted, click on the box “Download results as CSV” (located at the bottom of the page).
